The Old Cavalier, built in 1927, is undergoing a $75 million dollar transformation into the Cavalier Residences.

The North End actually consists of several smaller neighborhoods, including the private and established section of Princess Ann Hills. The area is also known for a very active Garden Club and Civic League.
